At FitSportsy, we strive to connect users with sports coaches, academies, and event organizers for coaching sessions, court bookings, and tournaments. Since all payments are made directly to the respective organizers through UPI QR codes, FitSportsy acts solely as a guiding and support platform and does not handle or process any payments.

Please read the following policy carefully before making any bookings.

1. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refund eligibility are entirely determined by the individual organizers, coaches, or venue partners from whom you book services.

Before confirming any booking, users are advised to carefully review the organizer's own cancellation and refund policy, which may be communicated to you by the organizer or displayed on the event or session details page.

FitSportsy does not offer cancellations or refunds directly as payments are not processed or held by us.

2. How to Cancel a Booking

Contact the Organizer Directly: Since payments are made directly to the organizer, users must reach out to the respective organizer to request cancellation or rescheduling.

FitSportsy can assist in guiding users to the correct point of contact but holds no financial responsibility for the transaction or any resulting refunds.

3. Refund Process

Any applicable refunds are entirely at the discretion of the organizer and will be processed directly by them to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the organizer’s policy and the payment method used (e.g., UPI).

FitSportsy is not responsible for processing, tracking, or issuing refunds.

4. Event-Specific Terms

Some sports sessions, tournaments, or court bookings may have non-refundable or limited cancellation windows as set by the organizer.

We strongly recommend that users clarify these policies with the organizer before making any payments to avoid confusion or inconvenience.

5. FitSportsy's Role

FitSportsy acts purely as a platform for discovery, guidance, and booking facilitation.

We assist in connecting users with sports service providers but do not collect, hold, or transfer any funds between users and organizers.

Our team is available to support you in case of disputes or communication issues, but financial resolutions must be handled directly with the organizer.
